Dear parents and carers,
As we approach the end of another remarkable school year, it is with mixed emotions that I reflect on all we have achieved together. This is a time to celebrate milestones, acknowledge hard work, and express gratitude for the support and commitment from students, staff and families.
To our eight Year 12 students, congratulations on reaching this significant milestone. Your journey through school has been filled with challenges, growth and achievements. It has been a privilege to watch you evolve into young adults, ready to take on the world beyond school. As you step into the next chapter of your lives, remember that the friendships and memories you have created here at Holroyd School will stay with you forever. We wish you all the very best.
At the other end of the school, we celebrate our youngest learners - our kindergarten students. What an exciting year it has been for you as you embarked on your first year of school. From mastering new skills to building friendships, you have all grown in so many ways. We look forward to seeing all the amazing things you will continue to achieve in the years to come.
As we close the door on this school year and prepare for the holiday season, I want to thank every member of our school community for their dedication, enthusiasm and hard work. I am proud of what we've accomplished together and excited for what the future holds for each of you.
Today is the final day of the 2024 school year for our students. I wish everyone a restful and joyful holiday season. Students return to school on Thursday, 6 February 2025.

Dear parents and carers,
The Holroyd School P&C held its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 6 November. The following ladies were elected to the P&C executive for 2025:
President - Liz Brannon
Vice President - Natalie Shahmatov
Vice President - Keshrin Chand
Treasurer - Hamida Kanj
Secretary - Riddhi Arora
The role of the P&C is to be the school's parent voice and to support the school for the benefit of all students. It is only together that we can build a strong supportive environment for our children.
New members are very welcome to join our regular P&C meetings. Held on-site in the Community Hub on the first Wednesday of the month, they are an invaluable opportunity to learn what is happening at school and connect with other parents and school staff.
Our next meeting is at 9.30am, Wednesday, 12 February 2025. Please join us!
On behalf of the P&C, I congratulate the Class of 2024 and wish them all the very best for their futures.
Have a wonderful holiday break!
Until next time,
